Size:
- 60 mesh filter is for material such as enamel, primer and latex paint – Black Filter
- 100 mesh for thinner materials such as stain and lacquer – Blue Filter
What to look out for:
- Replace the filter if clogged more than 20%
- Clean after every use
- Essentially, the more viscous the material, the coarser the filter should be.
